Request: Update and development of internal policies of the organization Humanitarian Law Center Kosovo (HLCK)

Specific responsibilities are listed below:
• Updating the Employment Contracts;
• Updating the Administrative Manual;
• Updating the Financial Manual;
• Updating the Procurement Manual;
• Updating the Accounting Manual;
• Updating the Work Regulation;
• Development of new policies, including: Environmental Protection Policies; Policies against Harassment including Sexual Harassment; Rules of Conduct; Security Policies.
All legal or physical persons who have proven experience in compiling and updating the internal policies of non-governmental organizations, international organizations or businesses are eligible to participate.
Mandatory documents to be submitted by the bidder include:
1. Business registration certificate (in the case of legal entities);
2. Fiscal / VAT number certificate (in the case of legal entities);
3. Reference on the performance of similar proven work;
4. Methodology and work plan;
5. Budget offer (in the case of legal entities, offer without VAT).
Evaluation of offers
All offers will be evaluated according to the criteria set out below:
Relevant experience and reliability 30%
Methodology and work plan 30%
Time needed to complete the work 20%
Favourable price 20%
HLCK reserves the right to further negotiate with any or all bidders on price, technical aspects or contract terms and conditions.
