Humanitarian Law Center Kosovo is currently seeking a Program Manager to join its team in Pristina. The overall objective of this position will be the implementation of the fundraising strategy of HLC Kosovo, development of project proposal under the direct supervision of the Executive Director.

Agreement type: Full-contract with a probation period of three months
Duration: 1 year with an extension possibility

Role and responsibilities:
· Implementation of HLCK’s fundraising strategy by supporting the fundraising cycle: monitoring of fundraising opportunities, development of project proposals and budget (with the support of the financial officer);
· Monitoring and Evaluation of ongoing projects through the drafting of interim and annual narrative reports and budget (with the support of the financial officer) in compliance with the reporting schedule foreseen by contractual documents;
· Drafting of project implementation related documents such as MoUs, ToRs, etc;
· Drafting and updating of organizational documents such as: annual plans, annual reports, etc;
· Management of donor relations and representation to the local and international community of donors and partners;
Requirements:
· Master’s degree, preferably in Law or Social Science;
· At least three years of relevant experience working on non-governmental organizations and detailed working knowledge in fundraising and/or donor relations
· Excellent analytical oral and written skills, ability to formulate project ideas and activities
· Oral and written fluency in English is required, knowledge of Albanian and Serbian language is desirable
· Proven experience in project development, writing project proposals and project evaluation.
· Understanding of the international cooperation and development aid landscape. Knowledge of the fundraising landscape in Kosovo and the Western Balkans desirable;
· Knowledge of Transitional Justice (TJ), with the focus on TJ processes in Kosovo is desirable;
· Outstanding communications skills;
· Flexibility, capacity to learn and adapt to a new working environment and cultural sensitivity.
