For purposes of promoting the principles of Dealing with the Past and the “Victims and survivors should be at the center of all DwP activities and public discourse” principle in particular, HLCK is publishing this case study listing some of the key initiatives on Dealing with the Past in Kosovo and elaborating the importance of putting victims at the center of activities under such initiatives. The document also provides recommendations on how special opportunities should be given to victims and survivors of the war in Kosovo, in order for their experiences to be recognized and correct war narratives to be used.
